New EMS Athletic League

Starting the 2025-2026 school year, our league (NPAC) will combine into one athletic league, Pikes Peak Athletic Conference-Middle School (PPAC-MS).  T

2025 –2026 Sports Seasons 

Season 1 August 4– October 4 Football

Season 1 August 11 – September 26 Cross Country (XC), Girls Volleyball 

Season 2 October 6 – November 21 Girls Softball

Season 3 December 1 – January 30 Boys Basketball 

Season 4 February 2 – March 20 Girls Basketball 

Season 5 March 30 – May 15 Track and Field 

**Athletes will be required to have a Sports Physical uploaded online before practice

Physical Examinations 

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the Activities office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and uploaded prior to the first day of practice/tryouts. Completed physicals MUST be uploaded in “Step 4: Physical Forms” of the online registration form.

Pay the athletic fee of $80 online once the fee is assigned in Payschool Central or in the Main Office. A fee is posted after tryouts and paid once the athlete has made a team. If you bring a check to the Main Office, be sure the parent/guardian has written their driver's license number on the check.

• If an athlete qualifies for Free/Reduced fees, please bring a copy of your 2025-2026 approval letter to Ms. Alltop in the Main Office to have the fee waived.
• Athletic Fees can be waived by the athletic director.  Guardian must discuss with EMS Athletic Director for approval.
